Ya but you can convert it fast with FreeMake Audio Converter. It’s free and easy to use.
You can also use the audiobook Ripper (I use) InAudible, to convert and add chapters…or split the mp3 into smaller “Chapters”. Great app.
I do everything in mp3 because there’s not many devices in the world that won’t play mp3.
