  Genuine question for members here; how many tenets of the communist manifesto have to be proven true before people wake the hell up? Mark these words, things will likely get so bad malicious ignorance of the threats to freedom and life will be on par with terrorism, because why wouldn’t global communism advance thanks to normie thumb suckers?

  The **Communist Manifesto**, written by Karl Marx and Friedrich Engels in 1848, outlines ten interim measures for the proletariat to use its political supremacy to centralize production and increase productive forces. These measures include:

  1. **Abolition of private property in land** and application of all land rents to public purposes.
  2. **A heavy progressive or graduated income tax**.
  3. **Abolition of all rights of inheritance**.
  4. **Confiscation of the property of all emigrants and rebels**.
  5. **Centralization of credit** in the hands of the State via a national bank with a state capital monopoly.
  6. **Centralization of the means of communication and transport** in the hands of the State.
  7. **Extension of factories and instruments of production** owned by the State and cultivation of wastelands according to a common plan.

  privateero: Genuine answer, democratic socialism has nothing to do with communism and anyone pushing that fear mongering is blatantly distorting the situation to propagandize the non-rich to accept the excess abuses of the rich while everyone else suffers. The US is a capitalist-socialist society, from FDR’s New Deal (which saved capitalism from itself) to Johnson’s Great Society extensive social safety net services were built, non-profit healthcare was affordable while still being the best in the world, extensive public works benefited everyone, education was high quality and inexpensive as an investment in our future. Then from Nixon onward a steady change to extraordinary greed, arrogance, avarice, corruption, and gradual shredding of both the social contract and Constitution, has led to where we are today. Most of our elected representatives are functionally owned by the rich and corporations. For-profit health insurance companies directly blatantly kill people for profit - deny, defer, depose - because of their executives’ and shareholder’s inhuman demand profits over life. Climate change is wrecking our world. Half the wealth of our country is held by a dozen multi-billionaires, its pathological greed, when is enough enough, how much do they need to satisfy their sick fucking egos? We need to end private money in politics, add national healthcare, end climate change, end personal federal income taxes on people making less than a million dollars a year, and add a wealth tax, with progressive brackets, e.g. 2% at 7 figures ($1+M), 3% at 8 figures ($10+M), 4% at 9 figures ($100+M), 5% at 10 figures ($1+B), 6% at 11 figures ($10+B), and a special national recognition, honor, and medal “I won capitalism” for those special shits worth over $100B, with a 10% wealth tax.

  Failing that, eat the rich. Those fuckers are all building bunkers for a reason, they’re consuming and wrecking our country, at some point people will have had enough and lash out to correct this rolling cluster fuck of a socioeconomic system, or the system will collapse into depression and chaos.
